How and when will my order ship?

We ship via USPS with tracking included. Choose Standard, Expedited, Overnight, or International at checkout — standard shipping is free on orders $100+.

Orders take 1–2 business days to process before they ship. Overnight orders placed after 12pm Friday will arrive Tuesday.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Add your piece to the cart, then switch to your international address at checkout — shipping and handling will show before you pay. Delivery can take up to three weeks depending on where you are. Customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?

Not digging your piece? Return it within 30 days of purchase, just make sure it's unworn and in original condition. Engraved, custom, and sale items are final sale.

How to return: Bring it to either store, or mail it to 1948 Division St Suite #104, Detroit, MI 48207. Include your name, order number, and a note saying you'd like to return it. Return shipping isn't covered.

What happens next: We process returns within 5–7 business days of receiving them. Your refund goes back to the original payment method, and we'll email you a receipt.

What if I see something else I like better?

Every Rebel Nell piece is one of a kind, so we can't hold an item while an exchange is in transit — someone else may buy it first. Best move: order the piece you love now, then send the original back for a full refund.

Every Rebel Nell piece is handmade with intention by one of the women we serve. If a piece we made turns out damaged or defective, we'll fix it — free, for one year from purchase.

The warranty doesn't cover everyday wear and tear (tarnishing, scratches), improper use, or work done by anyone else.
