The past three weeks have challenged our team in the greatest of ways, but, together we are stronger and with the help of our community and customers, we are seeing so much good and support in the most trying of times.
As our team navigates these uncertain moments apart, we find ourselves faced with a new normal that can be unsettling and isolating; feelings we often take head on together. As April marks Stress Awareness Month, we polled our team to hear their best thoughts and suggestions about how they are relieving stress, staying motivated and seeing the light at the end of this tunnel.
Over the month of April, we’ll be focusing on ways to manage stress and the unknown through our social platforms, virtual events + talks, blogging and much more. Our hope is to instill peace and a greater sense of togetherness and support when we all need it the most.
