If your Rebel Nell jewelry arrives damaged or has a defect from our making, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost within one year of purchase.

What’s covered:

• If the band breaks within one year, we’ll replace the full ring.
  
• If a clasp breaks within one year, we’ll replace the entire piece.
  
• Huggie styles (like Rosie or Jasmine) can’t be repaired, but we’ll replace your pair within one year.
  
• Keychains, bottle stoppers, coasters, drink picks, cufflinks, etc.—our production team will review and repair or replace when possible.
  

What’s not covered: Normal wear and tear (tarnishing, scratches), accidental damage, improper use, or any third-party alterations.
