Gongfu Tea (工夫茶) translates to “making tea with skill.” It’s a traditional brewing style that uses a small vessel—like a gaiwan or petite teapot—and a generous amount of leaves. The magic is in the multiple infusions: each steep reveals something new as the flavor evolves.
