This company exemplifies great customer service. I ordered a bracelet for a friend and added a gift message. When Rebel Nell was processing the order they noticed that my gift message did not save. Instead of just sending out the gift, they emailed me letting me know the message wasn’t added and asking me what I wanted to say. In addition, they noticed I selected two gift messages when I did my check out and refunded my money for one of them!!! What an honest company!

I love these earrings! I'm a simple post-earring person and these are perfect for my collection while still giving me the pizzazz of having the Tigers' dugout as part of my look. The gold option was great to make sure my ears wouldn't react to metal, and I love that the earrings are subtly unique!

The bracelet was a gift for a friend in Florida. She loved it and so did I. I liked it so much I ordered 3 of the dugout collection bracelets!!

Sue smiled when she saw the earrings. She was pleased by their connection to Detroit and impressed by all the strong women who made this company.
