A prolific artist who started in the New York
City graffiti scene in 1979, Lady Pink was not a tagger but a subway train
muralist whose distinctive and colorful style revealed her Ecuadorian roots.
Four decades later, her paintings, murals, and illustrations hang in private
collections and renowned museums, including the Whitney Museum and The
Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

"You have to fight tooth and nail, bitch and scream, be loud and be
large to get respect."

Rebel Nell is proud to partner with Lady Pink
for our third annual collection in our Artist Series. Each piece of this
exclusive collection is created from a hand-painted mural made by the artist
that was deconstructed to make your individual piece. Each piece purchased
comes with a 5 x 5 canvas reprint of the original Lady Pink mural ready to
hang.
