Giving back to our community is at the forefront of Rebel Nell’s mission. Today, we are excited to announce a call for applications to give $500 to a women-owned organization in Detroit. It is our hope this grant will inspire those with incredible ideas and visions to bring them to life.
The Rebel Nell grant is possible thanks to the success of our 2022 Female Founders Promo Book, a promotional book that brought together over 50 Detroit women-owned businesses. With over $600 in savings and special offers, the $35 book features a who’s who of Detroit’s growing entrepreneurial scene. Some of the businesses found in the 2022 Female Founders Promo Book include Bon Bon Bon, Peacock Room, Marrow, Citizen Yoga, Hart Eclectic Photography, Ilera Apothecary, Love Travels Imports, Naturalicious, and more.
About the Submission Process
Applications for the grant must be submitted by April 1, 2022. Individuals may nominate themselves or another business for the grant. Businesses must be located in Detroit, women-owned and operated (no franchises), and be in business for no more than 3 years.
